Pauline wears many professional hats. She serves as a Transformational Coach catering to both Corporate and Private Clients, is a BACP Registered Trained Psychotherapist
Pauline also actively champions Belonging and Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Notably, she's also an accomplished Accountant.
Early in her career, Pauline achieved her Accountant qualification, and over the years, she progressively climbed the ladder to attain a boardroom position of Wellbeing and Finance Director. Throughout her accounting career, her deep desire to support others blossomed, largely fuelled by her personal healing journey. Consequently, she embarked on training as a coach and psychotherapist, extending her support to teams and individuals in the corporate world.
Today, Pauline has honed her focus to passionately drive positive change, whether on an individual or organisational level. She firmly believes in the pursuit of becoming the "Highest and Best Version of yourself."
When coaching individuals, Pauline's mission is to unlock the innate potential within them!
In her work with Corporate Clients, Pauline's primary objective is to help these businesses nurture a sense of belonging among their employees. She recognises that when employees feel a strong sense of belonging, they are happier, feel valued, secure, and acknowledged, which leads to enhanced productivity and a significant positive impact on the business.
Pauline offers a range of services to corporate clients, including workshops, group and one-on-one coaching sessions, speaking engagements, webinars, as well as wellbeing and mental health services.
